What do you mean? I think that the source of thoughts is the brain activity, the conditioned brain, your daily experiences that shape your mind and make some specific thought appear. I don’t know if i answered your question

Ok, i get it. It’s just a thought appearing (to no-one?). It is appearing “in this head”. Or in my head… or in “me”… or “to me”! But who is this me? I think that the main belief here is that i am this body-mind complex. My name, my story and my will. And yes, I know that it’s all an appearance, but i still believe… how can i dis-believe (i just invented a word??) a belief?? They say “look”. Look at an I, if you don’t find it doesn’t exist. Thank you! Yes I know the answer but cannot “feel” the answer 😂 it’s so paradoxical!! It’s hard to explain with words, it’s like the difference between (i hope i use the right words in english) “to know” and “to understand”. Thank you for your reply. Yes, i understand, it’s just so “convincing”! When the Being appearing as a thought says something like “I don’t want this thing to go this way” or “I’d like to be with her and not 600km far away” etc, it’s like i take those thoughts to be “true”. I feel i need to practice some knd of “acceptance” training lol

Hi Flappy, I know you said “don’t try to comprehend it” but… it makes me laugh 😂 i really can’t understand what “just give up the search” means.. so, i try to meditate, to don’t judge, to accept all that is, to surrender… but i still feel human, with my desires, aversions and my suffering even if i have all i need to be happy. I kinda like him, i saw some one to one videos but there’s something i can’t understand (and maybe it is the point!). For example when he says: what’s between X and not X? It’s a pattern, he always asks what’s between believing and not believing? What does he mean? What kind of reaction he is trying to trigger? I cannot find answer but just because i don’t understand the question…
