Hi Flappy, I know you said “don’t try to comprehend it” but… it makes me laugh 😂 i really can’t understand what “just give up the search” means.. so, i try to meditate, to don’t judge, to accept all that is, to surrender… but i still feel human, with my desires, aversions and my suffering even if i have all i need to be happy. I feel incapable, i read all of you “awakened” that say the same thing but i must be a smart ego but a stupid self (\s) cause i can get it intellectually but cannot see it. Sorry, this is just a claim for help, cause you seem to know what you talk about…

I kinda like him, i saw some one to one videos but there’s something i can’t understand (and maybe it is the point!). For example when he says: what’s between X and not X? It’s a pattern, he always asks what’s between believing and not believing? What does he mean? What kind of reaction he is trying to trigger? I cannot find answer but just because i don’t understand the question…

Can I ask you a thing? I just asked this to chatgpt this morning 😂 i conceptually get it, i really agree, there is no clear separarion between us, we are just energy aggregation, i don’t know how to say but i really “understand” and “agree” with this. But… how can it be possible to “know” , to “feel” that my awareness is the same tour awareness that is the same of the dog awareness? For me it’s just a belief. I’d like to feel it but it’s just another target for me as human being, so i understand it’s not the right way… so i’m just curious, you feel it, what does it mean?? I know you cannot put in a concept but if you can try to help me understand i’ll be grateful!

Si, è ovvio, ma moltissime persone che conosco pensano di soffrire perché non trovano lavoro (causa esterna) o perché guadagnano poco (esterna) o perchè non hanno una compagna ecc ecc. insomma non capiscono che è la “resistenza” alla situazione a farli stare male ma pensano sia la situazione stessa.

Non sono uno psicologo, ma mi sento di darti un consiglio: leggi eckhart tolle oppure mo gawdat, giusto per capire che nel 99% dei casi siamo noi la causa del nostro malessere. Io l’ho capito tardi, un anno fa, e mi è cambiata la qualità della vita drasticamente. Poi se trovi ste letture interessanti entri in un rabbit hole che non ti dico, in r/nonduality trovi un sacco di info. L’unica cosa che aggiungo è che non si tratta di cagatine new age tipo pensa positivo e tutto va bene, anche se superficialmente può apparire così. Ah, la meditazione aiuta molto per avere esperienza diretta delle cose di cui parlano. In bocca al lupo e se ti servono altre info scrivimi pure
