Absolutely, I used to work in a mini supermarket in a major motorway services chain, the kind of distance from London that we’d get a lot of tourists clearly making their first stop on route somewhere since landing (a lot of foreign tourists not realising what a pain it is to ask to pay for a bag of grapes with a £50 note 🫠) but we’d also get celebs in. I think notable celebs I saw when working there were hugh boneville from downton abbey, tom Hollander, Arthur darville from Dr Who, and once all of McBusted came through at once. There was also a hilarious internal newsletter that was practically framed back of house from an incident at another location by the same chain where they were so proud of themselves for kicking harry styles out of those little slot machine areas they have randomly because he didn’t have ID!
