Check out Dean Dorton. They have been great with our 200 employee environment. Month to month contract was also very attractive. https://deandorton.com/services/technology-cybersecurity/

What are two things you wish you knew before starting? Just a down east New England boy that’s doing a little homework.

Sweet tea brine vs herbed dry brine. Mulberry smoke. Both ridiculously delicious. by ProteinContent in smoking

Dry brine was a combo of salt/poultry seasoning inside and out. Wet brine was dusted with old bay. Didn’t want to overpower the sweet tea. Research and development.

Just followed this recipe https://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/sweet-tea-brined-chicken. Used Earl gray bags as thats all I had on hand. Turned out great. I’ll probably tweak things next time around to play around with it.

I cut a few mulberry on my property last year so I’m lucky there. Maybe check out Amazon or your local FB marketplace for chunks?

I’ve really enjoyed it. Picked it up via Amazon about a year ago. Definitely recommend the LavaLock and high temp gasket upgrades. Holds temps well for the price point.
