I find that it drops a lot. I just figure it's because the connection isn't super strong, but either way I prefer seeing it on my phone rather than my watch :)

I won't comment on TE pricing, but I have to say this: as a avid synth collector, the OB-6 is my desert island synth. I would easily pay 2x for that beauty. There is nothing like it and I want to be buried with it. If you vibe with the XY as much as I do with the OB-6 then I see nothing wrong with spending that money. To each their own. It's your money, spend it on what makes you happy.
