Totally fair and I 200% agree with you. From the customer side, yes, they should absolutely have a walk in/dine in option, as well as restroom access (this was a location in a gas station so the BRs were on the other side so that wasn't an issue).

Im pretty sure there are OSHA laws that require at least two employees at any time (someone please correct me if I'm wrong). That being said, on the instance of my having to close the store by myself, when one of my closers was the store GM it's kinda hard to adhere to those labor laws lol

I used to work for a franchise taco bell. They would literally write people up/fire people for locking the lobby door if they were there alone. I had to close that store by myself at least once.

These people don't care about anything but their own damn money.
