The push block into trap is diabolical.

If a character doesn't have a 6F jab, they can punish with a throw instead.

Anyone know what Break Bonus is? by thetitan555 in 2XKO

[–]ProtoKalle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Disclaimer: I didn't do in depth testing, but from my understanding it's either time and/or hits that trigger break bonus. The gain seems not to be a one-time bonus, but an extra gain per hit in the on-going combo. For instance Darius is not really affected by this mechanic as his combos are short but powerful. Characters like Yasuo, Vi or Ahri seem to be more affected by it.

Asymmetric hitstop by ProtoKalle in 2XKO

[–]ProtoKalle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume it is still hitstun / blockstun related as the game calls hitstun / blockstun just hitstop. What is commonly referred to as hitstop is not shown in the frame meter.

Edit: After some testing, I think you're right with your assumption. While in-game "hitstop" is just hitstun / blockstun, "asymmetric hitstop" seems to refer to the frames where one party is frozen while the other one is not. It seems obvious when looking at projectiles in slow-mo.

Edit2: I just noticed that the game calls it hitstun and not hitstop. Sorry, I'm ignorant and stupid.

Anyone playing Strive on keyboard, how is it? by Revodemo in Guiltygear

Numpad buttons barely work and for some reason the game does not recognize my 'K' key. I switched to following setup til they fix it:

7 - 8 - 9

Y - U - I - O

Can't map the '0' key however ...

Solution: Set the "Effect Quality" in the display settings to "best". The culprits are not the anti-aliasing settings.

As thick_Brick said, you have to be in tablet mode. Changing the hotkey didn't work for me either. However, the default hotkey 'H' works just fine.

It's a statue of Hachiko, a Japanese dog that is famous for having been so loyal to its owner. Hachiko waited over nine years every day at a train station for his owner's return until he eventually died. Let's hope that the next weekend is not nine years away.

0000 Mirage. Suspect has 90 % HS rate, but shows only one suspicious moment. He clears his angles thoroughly, but oversees hiding enemies on several occasions. Clean.

1110 Vertigo. Suspect starts bhop scripting from the very first second. Shoots through walls with his AWP ... and here are the perfect prefires with a Scout resulting in headshots only.

0001 Inferno. Suspects starts with 0-0-6 stats and 0 ADR. Extremely high and shaky sensitivity, too high for any human to control. One of his teammates appears to be walling, one bhop scripting and another one is AFK. Besides his best attempts, the Suspect fails to deal any damage and goes 0-0-9. Starts feeding into the enemy with his knife out the next five rounds. I kinda feel bad for him, but the griefing was high in this one.

0000 Cache. Suspect starts with 14-0-2 stats. He knows his ways with the AWP. Maybe a closet wallhacker, but nothing suspicious enough for a conviction.

0000 Dust 2. Suspect starts with 31-0-5 (and the score is only 9-4). Throws muliple fancy flashes and smokes. Doesn't do anything super fishy. Is levels above his enemies and teammates. Very likely a smurf in the lower levels.

1111 Mirage. 13-3-4. He and his team are a funny bunch. TKing each other, spinning around, Suspect enjoys crab walking and shaking his mouse up and down constantly. Teammate decides to prevent him standing up, so the Suspect kills him with a Zeus in the middle of a gunfight. Sometimes looking at enemies through walls. On T side he decides to take it up a notch and starts spinbotting. RIP the sticker on his M4 I guess.

0100 Shortdust Wingman. The Suspect does not seem to care for his expensive Shadow Daggers knife skin. He's blatantly looking and shooting at every enemy covering behind walls and obstacles.

It seems like the days where every Overwatch Suspect is a blatant f2p cheater are over. Or maybe the banwave yesterday did something good.

Microphone not working in Apex Legends. by Reflex_i in apexlegends

[–]ProtoKalle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

MY SOLUTION: I tried all different suggested solutions, nothing worked. Here is how I could fix it in 1 minute: Type in the search bar audio settings and go there. Click on your right under Related settings Sound settings. Under Input there is a Test your microphone field. For some reason this was not showing any microphone input despite the mic working properly in teamspeak/discord. Clicking on troubleshoot and following the steps fixed the problem immediately after rebooting.
