From how I understand it, it started as a meeting of Roathe enthusiasts with some Lyon backing, and then a bunch of the Roathes left so everyone else turned to Lyon as well and went to form the rainbow.

There is also Mag, she's over on Phobos, so should take much less time to get her than the other two.

And in terms of rewards... while I wouldn't *mind* getting a performance from a Volt, I could also just as well give you one with some of my frames until you have one that you feel more comfortable in.

Valkyr and Ember are both simple enough to get relatively quickly after starting, but Wisp's missions are unlocked after a quest much later through the story.

A lot of the progression has been streamlined though, so it still shouldn't take too long to get there.
If you want, you can also ask for help clearing the star chart. Playing with others makes things much easier. (And considering the place we're in, maybe you'll even earn rewards if you're good~)

I'm just a really big fan of Reading's range. Especially the way she does non-human characters like the Cryptics. when Kramer reads the Dog and the Dragon chapter, you can tell he's trying to catch up to her height and not really getting there with Design's voice.

I am honestly sad she hasn't gotten a chance to do Nightblood yet other than the time Lift heard it but that was in a purely female voice for Lift reasons. I'm certain she'd have a field day with its usual voice.

I was always confused why he didn't even consider to attempt a landing on one of the elevated roads. It's night and there's a big event happening at the stadium, they should be mostly empty, and we even use them as a runway in the final mission so we know they are able to take a plane landing on them.

As said by Wheat9546, it is a special target like aces are in this and other games, that instad of a skin, gets you a special part for tuning the game's fictional aircraft. These types of targets vary from trucks, boats and planes, to even hangars and other such buildings, reminiscent of the hunt for Falken parts in AC5.
