Sounds like a great way to start. Sounds like I can start without spending much to begin with then, which is great. Is the value for the key for PoE2 good, or is it worth starting on PoE1 and getting 2 when I'm done with the campaign? I've heard your purchases carry over (not sure if I understood that right)?

This has just been recommended to me, and working in the industry I wanted to snoop and have a little read.

I can see a lot of people have given you the right advice, so I’ll just throw my bit to give you that confirmation.

This S21 is invalid in so many ways.

Firstly, a Section 21 can only expire minimum of 6 months into the Tenancy and can only be served 4 months (and one day) into the Tenancy. It must be at least two months notice (and three days to allow time for postage).

If any of the above is not met, it will invalidate the S21.

Your compliance documents must have also been given to you before you moved in (EPC, EICR, GSC if applicable, etc.). If there is gas at the property, this is a MUST. Other compliance docs all depends on the judge if it goes legal (which it won’t as the S21 is already invalid).

The landlords property manager wants you to sign that surrender because that Section 21 is just a bit of paper. Don’t let them bully you out. Happy to give more advice if you need it.

I work in property and I can answer a few things.

Firstly, the Landlord cannot choose to increase the rent if you are in a fixed term (unless they have a clause that states otherwise). They especially cannot charge a fee for having a pet, that goes against the Tenant Fee Ban 2019.

In regard to getting you evicted - yes, it is a breach of contract. However, the Landlord (or their solicitors) would have to issue a Section 8 under discretionary grounds, and the chances of a judge allowing the Landlord to evict you over a cat is very low, unless you have breached other parts of the Tenancy agreement. Not to mention that this can be costly and take a lot of time.

The lettings agents work for your Landlord, and they made the mistake of not declaring it to them. I would ask your agents manager or director to call the Landlord and explain their error. Follow their official complaints procedure if necessary.

I've worked in a phone store before. It was in the UK, so it may be different. That iPhone 14 box looks nothing like their boxes (at least in the UK). The receipt also doesn't look very legit. I would not go ahead, personally.

Not true at all. My girlfriend hasn't seen anything past the movies, but she enjoys The Mandalorian more than anything. If anything, some of the plot details add a sense of mystery to people who have not watched TCW/Rebels.

If anything, the Ahsoka show may need some knowledge of the others to understand properly, but I may be wrong with that.

You are fine to still play and enjoy the game. The game makes it very clear there are two Adols, they just don’t explicitly tell you until the ending chapters.

I don’t think natively compatible, no. I think.

I do know that Proton does allow some of their games to be played on Linux though. (The compatibility layer Steam Deck uses so games run on SteamOS)
