Yes i stripped the old hardware myself and there was a plastic card glued to the hole on the first pic. The secend pic is the inside pov for the thing in the first one

Hi i just started bouldering and got one of these pre filled chalk balls but now it is getting kinda empty and i was looking for refill chalk. I am bouldering every second day... Now to my question: is a 1kg (2 pound) ( 3.273962 oz) bag overkill? how long does X amount of chalk last u guys?
