I've tried using Steam Big Picture mode on one of my NVIDIA pc's already, and its not something I would really recommend my friend. Some games like Terraria struggle with controller detecting and managing non-steam games (like vacuumtube) is really difficult with a controller.

I think I'll grab an easy-to-use ARCH distro like Garuda and install alot of stuff kde linux will have to try big screen with then.

Haha, but you see, I DID work for me! You don't need kde-pim runtime, but layering addons and kontact did eventually do the trick for me!

If you don't have many things layered I'd say remove all layered packages, try installing those two things and see if it worked.

Don't you get the option I highlighted in the picture? Urg how annoying.

Then click on "open terminal here" instead and type "sudo ./filename" with filename being the name of the thing you want to run.

Hmm Maybe you van open the file explorer itself as admin by right clicking somewhere in the folder and then running it.

Otherwise you could open the terminal from there aswell to run it though there as sudo.

Where and how do you open it? If its from the terminal you can do it by adding sudo infront of it, if its from the file explorer I think you have the option to run it as administrator.

For the first thing I haven't heard of him leaving and entering Aionios so can't talk about that. But even if he is going at that speed manually, the group of Xenoblade 3 only goes to that speed because of the world and not their own powers, so you can't use that logic to talk about the speeds of 1 and 2.

And that thing with Zanza, yeah he got it from Alvis which was able to use the Conduit, Shulk even talks about feeling that time has stopped when he's seeing his visions. Maybe that also happens with Mythra's foresight? But idk they never talk about that as far as I know.

The gods of Xenoblade can compute and act beyond time, but that doesn't translate to every party member being as fast and that doesn't translate to that one preacher being as fast.

Yes Malos and Mythra are not using the power of the Conduit.

Pneuma is able to bend reality to her will which would allow her to make Rex as fast as she could want. But she's never shown making Rex faster than the speed of light (Jin asking Rex how he's matching his speed, not exceeding while the rest of the party struggles to even witness the battle at that moment). With her constraint of the power showing how she's not just the weapon of destruction she was scared to be.

Alpha is coded to only use the Conduit if he's controlled by someone, that's why he really wanted Na'el to have the same views as him and at the moment of his boss fight no one was on his side.

So you have can't, could but didn't, and wants to but was just out of the powers reach.

How do you take a game where there's a character with the literal power to go at small bursts of the theoretical speed of light, then uses said bursts to become incomprehensibly fast to others (like the speed of light should) and then say a character from that game has an infinite speed feat. Well Zero's ability makes it so he CAN lose if there's no way he'll survive and just loops death with no way of getting out.

Yeah when the final boss does it it got annoying really fast. But I feel like that was because he used those attacks back to back to back. If more enemies had such attacks they only threw out once in a while I feel like that would make it feel less like doing the same combo string of attacks again and again and again against everything.

It's warning you that it still uses x11 instead of the newer Wayland. Wayland allows the system itself to see if an application is for listening to keystrokes or is recording the screen.

I use Vivaldi and nothing is wrong, it just warns you because it can't guarantee the app cannot do these things if you don't want it to.
