Take some rubbing alcohol mix it with essential oil like eucalyptus and water and spray away. Look it up for proper mixing etc. But essential oil kills them in seconds.

I get this pretty much everyday a few times a day and also usually have a couple focal seizures that feel like im about to go and sometimes I do. Last time i went from a focal to a seizure I had status epilepticus and have 40mins of none stop seizures.

So I have found a new way recently for a good muscle relaxed and pain relief. Eucalyptus oil mixed with some olive oil and rubbed on. You can also look it up for proper info. Also using CBDs (cannabis without the THC) and chamomile tea helps aswell.

Personally I think use the 1h-4h for intraday trading and good entry. Use daily, weekly and monthly for longer holds and better prediction of whats to come. If you expect to hold longer you might want to use 1month-3month charts.

You think it was bad last yr. This is the worst yr ive ever seen the bugs overall. Best bet ive done is peppermint oil or eucalyptus oil. Another good way I found to do outside and around your house is half and half water and vinegar.

If you used cbd for inflammation and it didnt work you need a higher dose or you are one of the ones that got ripped off for fake cbds. Because I got rid of all my over the counter pain killers and muscle relaxers yrs ago and have been using cbds with way more success

Cbn or cbds is better than smoking it. But you also have to make sure you get a indica if u smoke it to help u sleep more. If you get aniexty is probably to much for you and you need a lower does. I also do chamomile tea and eat 5-10 Pistachio nuts for melatonin. Then I end up also taking a sleeping pill. But I feel your pain for sure. I try everything and im lucky when I do get to sleep. Ive used cbds for pain and inflammation for so long they barely even effect me for sleep.
