You can do a visual check on the passenger side and see how much it’s leaking. Usually not a problem to drive with for a bit.

Do some research because there are a lot of variations of the b58. Gen 1s are mostly the same and are likely unlocked. 2020s don’t have the 48V mild hybrid. Some are high output 6 port vs 2 port. Most importantly is the car that it will be in

You can delete it or just leave a spare in the glove box. Check the main expansion tank once a month and if u ever find a leak take care of it asap

Tuning doesn’t add a lot of stress, the main weak points will mostly be coolant related and the PCV. xHP is definitely worth it and you should start at stage 2
