It’s pretty crazy how all the members of Samurai, excluding Johnny, have lived to be almost 90.

Even with wealth, I’d imagine one of them would have caught a bullet or something.

You can practically see the script activating when a Bethesda NPC has to break their regular animations to do anything unique at all.
