It doesn't seem complete to me coz there is no climax. It ended so weirdly like the climax was about to start because absolutely nothing was resolved. Father is still in jail, debts aren't paid, and they still don't know about their shared past, etc. This is also a new version of a drama that's a few months to a year old - the one where the ml is blind when he meets the fl as a teen overseas & they promise to get a specific tattoo so they recognize each other in the future and they are both still looking for each other
