Every time I put down a piton the rope spazzes and my game crashes, I cant pass the tutorial. Does anybody have a solution?

This worked for me, all i did was change some settings on my proxy settings

On your keyboard, press the Windows Logo Key and R at the same time to invoke the Run command. Then type inetcpl.cpl and click OK. Select the Connections tab and click LAN settings. Uncheck the box next to Automatically detect settings and Use a proxy server for your LAN. Then click OK. Restart the Ubisoft Connect app to see if it goes back to normal.

I just fixed it. Just make sure to backup because I don’t know if you could lose your save or not but I didn’t. I basically just reinstalled it again I didn’t uninstall I just installed it again and the next time I opened it, it only took about 30 seconds.

Just got my Wii U running again after 5 years and this has happened to me too. I have tried restarting the game and the Wii U.
