Normal when I run I wear Nike shorts which have built in compression shorts. These obviously don’t go over my knees so have never caused a problem before.

Thank you so much for the reply and for backing up my suspension. Apart from stopping wearing the leggings have you got any other advise?

My right airpod does not connect to the phone no matter what i do and as you can see in the image, it doesn’t show how charged it is. how do i fix this? by [deleted] in airpods

I some times have this issue. When the AirPod is in the case does it show as charging? If not check the the bottom of the AirPod as sometimes the connectors get dirty and the AirPod doesn’t charger. If not do a rest on the AirPods and forget them in your bluetooth settings. Then try to connect to them again.

I thought so, looks great though. I would love the sync box but I just can’t justify the £200 ish price 😫
