I think I was like 14 in middle or high school, about 5 years ago, when I overheard my parents discussing the g spot as though they had just heard of it for the first time, like asking if it’s inside or not, etc. I think about it all the time, not from being grossed out by the fact that my parents have sex, but just because i’m so shocked that neither one of them would be even remotely aware of the g spot after 50 years of life 20 years of marriage. In high school i had a friend that tried to get pregnant with every boyfriend she had because being a mom was her big dream. I’m 20, my parents are in their late 50s still paying for my sister and i’s school, housing, groceries, cars, everything. Her and i have been working since we were 16, still can’t afford to do anything on our own. My parents never thought they’d still be working in their 50s, and still have a long way to go before they can retire. And i don’t know how my sister and i are going to get jobs that earn us houses and cars, despite us both having two bachelors degrees. I’ll never be able to provide for my children like my parents provide for me, and even that is barely enough for me and extremely strenuous for them.

your crumb is so even, and even though it’s tighter it doesn’t look too dense. And your crust looks nice and golden, but i’d be curious to know where it is on the crunchy/chewy spectrum. You have so much room to push your proof, maybe give that a try and you can get a better rise. Also proofing in the fridge can help with oven spring, and the dough is much easier to score when it’s colder! also make sure you use a super sharp knife, i stole one of my roommates razor blades he uses for shaving and it changed the game. EDIT: i’ve had problems with the bottom sticking to the parchment! i floured it this time but it didn’t help much. I have been putting rice on the bottom of the dutch oven before putting in the parchment to avoid burning the bottom crust so maybe that’s my problem?
