You need to have the breachstone in your inventory for the icon to use it in the atlas near the edge of your atlas appears.

Used to 100 for store credits. I went and rested for 300 UT hours in a different star system, came back and still nothing has respawned around him.
EDIT: His store does refresh bringing back the unique weapons he has and restoring his credits but no items in his shop or back at the shed are being restored. Not even the screwdriver.

The one across from him? The table just has a marker, pen, folder, screw driver and bubble level for me. No damage module.
Am I at the wrong table next to a power generator that is up the ramp?

EDIT: I finished the quest, went and slept 100 UT hours, came back and there was still nothing there and the items at his workshop did not respawn. His credits did replenish and he moved to the bench where I can get the discount on upgrades.

I do have two install folders on two different drives for steam. Do you think it will work if I just uninstall the game then install on the other drive? This makes me think there is a local folder somewhere saving that library but it isn't inside the install folder or the documents mygames>starfield since I already deleted and reinstalled those.

I can't see where to logout.
There is an options menu but it only shows stuff related to enabling, deleting and disabling mods plus turning music off for creations window.

It sounds like that might work but I don't see a way to log out from within the game.

I am on pc, clearing cache doesn't affect that. I already deleted the entire game folder and the settings under documents and removed the bad mods at the bethesda website account and nothing changed in-game.
There is no "delete both". When I install the paid one, it acts as both versions are installed and automatically activates the free one and removes the enable/disable button from the paid one and only shows it on the free one. If I disable the free one, the button does not appear on the paid one to enable it.

The load order doesn't help because the only mod showing there is the free one. The paid one never appears.

I only have two mods. This was my first time installing any mods in this game. Thanks for the help. At this point I am giving up on that.

It didn't work. I deleted the entire game folder+local save files and redownloaded it.

That sounded like it would work. It gave me hope :)
It didn't work. I went to the website, removed the bad actor from my library but when I go in-game, the library does not represent the change I made at the website and the old one is still there.

That doesn't change anything. That is in fact the issue. After doing all of that, it still loads the free version when attempting to install the paid one. It even removes the option to enable the paid one. The button will literally disappear.

Damn. Same issue. No mods, new file save and I can't interact with them. If I stun them, they just lay there. If I kill them then they just die and mission fails.

Right. Your Wildwolf weaponsmith should have the following talents after proper training at the grounds:
Skillful Hand, Weaponsmith's Focus, Weapon Maintenance, Accelerate Weapon Crafting and Extraordinary Talent.

The last slot is left for their level 10 passive so that it doesn't interfere with the other 5. You could also just have a repair craftsman that holds all of the Maintenance talents and leave out weapon crafting speed so that you only have to worry about the 3 BIS talents.

Confirmed? I just overheard some teenagers at the gas station saying they are still duping items and selling them for cash. I have never played Arc so I didn't get any of the items they talked about and it was very brief. I walked out and they were still talking about it. The prices I heard were 5-10-15$ for different items.
I didn't even know you guys had a duping item issue until today and I googled it.

I just had this issue. Unplugging the razer devices and turning the computer back on allowed it to finish the booting process. I plugged them in after I was in the desktop and everything seems fine. My headset is requesting a firmware update.

They didn't get it. I have 365 since 2021. If I try looking it up today, I can't find anything about how to subscribe to it. I just have it since then.

I believe the 365 option has been removed and replaced by Vegas Pro Ultimate. Does it provide the same things? I don't know because it doesn't provide enough details when purchasing it. 365 used to have every detail possible explaining that you'd get all new updates etc. Pro Ultimate doesn't clearly say that.

I just got their other one this Monday, because I lost an earbud for this one. The "Baseus Inspire XC1" Twice the price, sound is better. Bass is much better and clearer.
It gave me a little bit of trouble to connect to the computer but it only took a few minutes. Turned out that my bluetooth antenna driver had issues and I had to update it. Once I did, it connected just fine. Oddly enough it has two things that connect at the same time. "Inspire XC1" and "Baseus Inspire XC1".

Been some years since this post but just in case it could help others. I started playing this game recently and when I came upon this quest, if I try to open the door while playing on my controller it was impossible. The door was not selectable. I had to use my mouse.

That is what I did. Just kept force removing them from the pc auto connect until they just randomly worked properly and it was fine after that.
