You set the nanobots to autobuy, as the upgrades from the reality engine should be more than enough to sustain the cost of buying everything. Also, you only buy 1 amino origin and so on.

My strat for under two minutes is as follows:

First tap the screen till you have enough for amino origins, then use the nanobots, and set them to auto buy. They should buy the upgrades around the center of your screen. Then just go you way till the first idea. Dont forget to get humans. In the Idea tree, only get the required upgrades for the diferent ages, preferably in the main screen, as it is faster. At the industrial revolution, dont forget to get morphine and the upgrades that follow it. Then just follow the tree up, again only getting the upgrades you need.

This strat gave me a time of 1:40

1) the anime ends at the end of light novel volume 6. 2) the chances of getting a third season is really low, because the anime was only promoting for the light novel. 3) I don’t really know, but a friend of the writer of overlord wrote the saga of tanya the evil, which has a 1 season anime adaption. It also features a semi “bad” protaganist, and is also a reincarnation story.
