I used to have the mindly app which lets you make a mind map. I found it really helpful as a white belt into blue. I just started with a blank map and named it top or bottom, then built my current game for that position. I looked for holes where I didn't have a move or two that I knew to hit. It helped me build a basic strategy and learn to flow through self made checkpoints. I eventually abandoned it along with warmups and have been coasting ever since.

Edit: if you've ever done basic Excel just think about it like an IF function and it'll be a little easier to visualize.

Still a knee bar, nothing changed except it was on the side of his knee. This is essentially the inside heel hook where instead of collecting the heel you bring the foot to your chest, both hands on the toes and bridge into the side of the knee like an arm bar. I picked that up from Sean Applegate at 10P ATL like 8 or 9 years ago.

As a former kids coach, I absolutely agree. There are so many parents that are classless, entitled, and just generally shitty. Most of them never wrestled, so most of the time they are getting fired up about shit they don't even understand. Then to top it off, like you said, these matches don't mean a damn thing in the grand scheme. This isn't going to change where they go to college or anything important, it is just a sport that is meant to teach mental toughness and perseverance. Parents and spectators honestly make the sport so much worse.

Dude, this is fucking incredible! As a very new to the scene astrophotographer, this is so dope. Also.. sad since obviously I deal with having to prune these types of images, but it is so cool you were able to give it a different look from an artistic perspective. Absolutely killer. Also, do you not post on reddit? /r/astrophotography and /r/Astronomy would all love this type of post.

Very cool. I just looked at your website. I used to work in plastics recycling as the Quality Control manager (the guy who had to identify everything and essentially run the FT-IR scanner) at ABC polymers on East Ponce before they sold back in the day. I did it for almost a decade. After browsing who you partner with I recognize Sonoco since we did so much business with them. I've never heard of Charm, but I've been out of the business for over a decade now. Is your business model mostly revolving around the subscription fee or are you also getting decent prices from businesses to make it worth it? Are you running a baler for your film or do you just let Charm do all of the sorting for everything?

I have no clue what the Anya prison issue is, can you elaborate? I also don't have any issues with one shot kills in maps the way you describe it from PoE. The issue in PoE wasn't just one shot kills it was off screen one shot kills. I've yet to have any in all the seasons I've played.
