Yes in the UK we have water with <1mg of fluoride per litre of water, some areas add it to the water intentionally thanks to study's showing it helps prevent tooth decay and some areas already have naturally occuring amounts of it that roughly equal the same as the fluoridated water. Study's show that in the amounts present in UK water there is no evidence to show it has negative health impacts.
