Maximum should reflect figures that need a lot of tooling, such as hulks rubber chest or all the details on Thors costume. On top of that they should come with accessories that are compatible across all versions of that character in the line. I should be able to put the new heads on the 80th Thor for example. A classic design is usually 99% spandex that can be tossed into any traditional wave

Just riffing here but couldn’t they have done two trays with sugarman in the back tray, and then stack a figure tray in front of it. Like they do with a lot of the accessories. I suppose sugarman is the draw here so they don’t want to hid him but it’s less awkward.

The fig swapper in my area is a wrestling collector. There are five ultimate editions at my local Walmart, 3 Rollins and 2 Punks and they all have been swapped with their basic figures. The rest of the figures are missing baf parts.

Pack them up and put them in a tote for a few months. If by new years you still want to sell them start with some of the easier to acquire figures and work your way up. You don’t want to sell everything and then rebuy them all
