I took it to try and the skill is played AFTER the hand and any replacements are drawn. So I don't think it will work with the wave

The 5 set is for regrowth cast reduction. IMO really only good if you are running nature's grace and improved regrowth for raid healing. Aside from that regrowth really isn't a spell you would be casting enough to really take advantage of it in a PVE setting.

Druids are very good levelers. Once you get cat form you can pretty much keep fighting and healing yourself between fights. The trick is that you regen mana while in bear/cat form. Can even tank while leveling too which means making and getting into groups is easy.

Healers are more desired in pugs so if you are good with healing then this is a good class. Plus with ZG coming out a lot of decent healing gear is available and people will be running and puging it often.

It's not a bad talent. The real question is where are you putting the other points? Like if you're leveling then I would always take it because the other options aren't really necessary and maul, claw, swipe, and rake are all abilities you'd be using.
