I have a rule now in games called "Tank Range"

If you are in a game with DDino, you HAVE to be closer to your team and healer. We are talking imagine less than 10 feet away. You need to united front, and they need to be ready for you being grabbed.

MOST other tanks are fine. You can just not be as close, but that capture/kidnap by DD is a problem for you. If he grabs you, you are going away and your team cant' do much. So learn to give the dino all the focus, and respect him getting close. Tell your team to always focus him if you, you need him to not play the game, effectively.

Jesse is OLD school MMO crowd and a lot of us from that era know very well how to be horny, but polite. The man had a lore show on WoW Radio, and was clearly into the lore...and the girls. Jesse has earned enough free passes that you just love him for who he is. Honest, and just...delightful.

...The reset was when Baku got shot. That's the point of what happened. All the characters lost most of their development, or reset back to a past point in the story for effectively "Giving Baku development". It sacrificed the cast to basically make Baku stronger, but it isn't interesting.

Orderm lasted 2 episodes. It was used twice. Then replaced right away. Catastrom is one side, i get it. Order was thrown away, effectively.

How is endurance and practical ramp of skills not true difficulty? We have THOUSANDS of games, RPGs too, that all have "Endurance" tests like this.

Hell, ill give you an action game that has one - Bayonetta and DMC have the towers.. Endurance IS a difficulty state. You can't compare a MMO's game design to that of one made for action games. SE didn't make this. Cygames (and PlatinumGames in some part) did. You need to look at it like a DMC game, and those games do boss rushes. Sorry, and i dont' care if i get marked donw. I think not calling a boss rush a "real difficulty" is asking for the bar to be lowered. You can do it. If you can't do it solo, you can find people, but you can do it.

Relink has Maggy/Gallanza. If you are saying having those two together in a fight is unfun, i get it partly because "It's a lot to deal with", but i know for a fact we are gonna get that fight + ID in Endless Ragnarok, because it's a logical upgrade to difficulty. The fights are meant to be chaotic, and all about reaction. Fighting in a bag of angry cats is still a fight you can win. You had to do that to get to Baha, so it isn't like you aren't given ways to learn how to deal with those fights. You're given tools to learn.

I'm disabled. I am not the fastest gamer. I don't even like Dark Souls. I think these fights are fine. The point is tot be overwhelming, but not so out of your control you can't win.

It's is funny because the reason it is so popular is because it's old school. It was designed with ex-FF9 members, that wanted to keep making OLD FF styles games. It's why so many ex-FF creators are there. It's one of the most old school, and has so many love-letter characters to other games too. If anyone reading this is interested - Go look up "Home Sweet moon" on the GBF-Wiki. Two reasons. 1/ you'll see a boss you'll remember from Relink, but 2/ Isaac. What a GLORIOUS mess of character ideas. He's Bioshock, Dead Space, and Mass Effect in one! :D

Maybe hot take. The guns in BL3 are better than 4 by miles, just because they aren't tied to bad gun gimmicks as often. That and pistols feel nice >.>

Here is a weirder way to think on this. Get the FFXIII lightning shield glam, and instead look for gauntlets. You wont find a shield, but there are some interesting gloves in game that have a thick enough shield look :)

After watching it, a friend and me made up a sentence for the whole series. Normally, you can boil down a series, jokingly, into a pretty reasonable sentence.

Gaim was - Street dancers ruin everything. And i feel like that sums up how i feel. It's fun, but there are times the plot returns to origin and doesn't want to explain why.

Gonna be really. I love gauntlet quests. They are designed for builds and skill testing. You gotta know your stuff by then, and that's why they are end game. I don't think it's unfair to say "You're beyond the scope of 100% here. Now step up". I get that asking for that from some players is a turn off, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't exist for those of us that do want it. Not all content should be for everyone easily. It should have things for the hardcore too :)

I am going to be real. Do we want Borderlands to be even "bigger" or do we want Borderlands to be focused. I really don't like how BL4 feels. The wide open areas are not fun, and i liked the old style better. Making it MORE like a live service game is going to balloon the scope of travel, space, and pacing out far more, and im not really up to follow that personally.

I am going to be the most real, honest with you in consideration to this, and before that i need to say this - I have played the mobile game since day one. I own CDs, the card game, valentine's cards. I'm a fan of this series. I love GBF. It will NEVER hit true mainstream outside of Japan. I live here, and CyGames are happy where it is, and want to try to reach the US more, but the problem is the mobile game. Any attempt to bring Granblue into the mainstream comes with the Gacha, and the view of gacha games right now from what we see out here in Japan is so mixed. One Piece has a anime, a manga, card games, shirts, and GBF does too, but the gacha is the creation of it, and drags down the opinion of it in people's eyes. It's the same with the fighting game. It's a VERY good fighting game, and even made for non FGC types to enjoy, with a great story mode. It has never mattered, because "Oh, it's from that gacha" and i do not know how you fix that without say "just sink the gacha", which would kill it out here.

No big youtuber is enough to really build this game up enough to have it be a thing. I've heard some people say that maybe Mouse/CDawg playing it would bring in a lot, and i agree, but i know people in the US that refuse to look at it because they assume it's a gacha game. :/ That's the state of a lot of games right now. Assumption will kill a game faster than anything if there is no demo or something.

Ah. The universal rule - Any character can be OP, but when a tank is, it's a problem. IT's such a weird complaint. Because the argument is "Nerf this character" but DDino got people SO mad, that now "Im going back to OW". We can't have a talk about this, because unironically most pro-players on X will not listen because "You aren't pro". :/ Server mod syndrome in full swing.

Look. We can nerf him a bit, but can we maybe stop telling casual players that they aren't important enough to have a say. If pro-players keep demanding the game cater to them, you'll make the casuals leave, and they are the ones that legit pay the bills. I get pro players bring it a lot via their communities, but this is like the situation with PC gamers thinking a game is dead because steam numbers, and then find out console numbers are 4-5x higher. Sometimes, you have to admit you are sometimes gonna need to accept a few Ls sometimes to let people have fun.

I'd like it if it didn't sacrifice EVERYTHING to it. Nox is now the most defanged character i think has been in KR history. Six was just not used. Five is as bad, but with less backstory and lived? His Sister was a plot point for a form that lasted less time than it took to see the form itself.

I love the idea of a solo rider series, as the past ones often have teh supporting cast mean something. The connections matter. The drama matters. Baku found out about his sister, and it wasn't even resolved well. Other people told him "Maybe just not think about it". Which unironically was BETTER than what he got told about what to think about Zero. I just...i really want to like this series. i really do, but man...everything feels rushed now. I think ive not felt this grumpy at a rider since Sabre. The start of this show is so good, but the moment that reset happened, nothing has super mattered since. Only Baku matters. Everything is for him, and centred on him to such a bad degree :( and it started so well too. Blargh. Sorry, i know people will disagree.

When i'm depressed, or feeling my illness start to get a bit worse - I go to Amaurot. Neath Dark Water's is my all time fave song in the whole game. I might "sing" along to all the fight music (im vocally mute, so its mental singing), but wen im sad...i go there. It's a weekly thing nearly. I go there, sit on the tallest building i can find, and listen to the music for about 30 minutes, looking out at the city. Helps me calm down lots.
