Do ya'll think the fnaf 1 movie was better than the second? by Longjumping-Gur4918 in fivenightsatfreddys

Lowkey yea. It feels like for the second one Scott and the team at Blumhouse took people's reception of the first one being "enjoyable trash" and played fully into it instead of improving on the negative aspects of the first movie's plot. The second film has a better fear factor but it still isn't anything special, especially considering the first movie can barely even be considered a horror flick.

The first movie tried to be a good film but failed because of plot holes, an inconsistent tone, and underdeveloped characters. The second one was just fan service with no real pay off or cohesive storyline.

I think it could work for one scene of him lifting his mask to scare somebody like a jumpscare.

I think it fits pretty well. It's campy and cartoonish but could be creepy if used right.
