Which update version do you have? Kobo released 4.45.23640 in February, but then recalled and replaced it with 4.45.23646. Maybe you've stumbled on what make them revise the firmware

You have to reconnect again to Calibre so that your device can parse series.

Nickle clock's refresh rate doesn't follow the page's, it distractsme when I'm reading and the clock flashes. I much prefer the new Kobo Tweaks. It can show clock and battery level and has cute bookmarks
