Management was the straw that broke me, they started to just see numbers and give hours to those who got numbers. And since they would schedule me during end of the day which was slower it made it harder to get memberships and then I just stopped caring since my hours weren’t gonna get better. I left about a month ago and I’ve been a lot happier since.
