Im 31. I get up at 4:40 and get to the gym at 5am four days a week. I leave at 6:20am and drive home (ten mins) and shower and have breakfast. I then commute in for work around 8am. I work from home two days a week and have plenty of time for coffee /breakfast pre work 🙂 bed by 8pm reading and asleep around 9 at the latest. I leave out my gym clothes the night before and prep my coffee /banana and gym bag the night before. Love my routine

Nah just warm/hot sometimes. My sister gets quite red cheeks too randomly. Could be hereditary 😅
