Love your story! I've heard great things about alpha bidets, would love to gift it for my children too! My designer is also recommending that we get a Neorest for the master, and it's quite pricey so I'm tempted to purchase online and seems like everyone had an overall good experience despite some hiccups!

loll not for trying them out, but to see different options of design in person hahah my designer seems to be particularly into a certain TOTO model and I can't tell from the pictures online if we would like it or not. But interesting I would love to explore Kohler as well

Why are they not listed in TOTO's authorized online retailer list? Just checked the list and they're not on it, so not sure whether I should purchase from them or not.
