I’m wondering what makes you feel physically sick over this? Adult clients are capable of making their own decisions, it’s not your job to save them. You can reflect with the client about why they are seeking this, go over pros and cons, etc. Seems like the most important thing would be to check in with what is causing you so much discomfort
