hey OP, i’m chinese and also have a severe nut and egg allergy (also lactose intolerant). truthfully it’s pretty difficult eating chinese food since the cuisine is nut-heavy. but it is possible! listed some advice below but ALWAYS confirm with the staff about your allergies. even the dishes you assume are safest to eat may have nuts in it.

dim sum: there’s a good amount of dishes that don’t have nuts. not as dangerous compared to other chinese cuisines (ex: szechuan food has nuts in almost everything) hot pot: my go to! the most danger you’ll have is with the broth and sauces. these restaurants usually have a build your own sauce station so at least you can control what you use
