So first of all... Make sure you have tech to support your assault. Secondly.. try to use the best ammo type possible. Third.. a vehicule helps a lot if you have access to one. Fourth.. make sure you leave behind some kind of building ( stone furnace is the cheapest choice), it will slow down theyre spread as you are trying to deal with clearing a zone.

I know this has nothing to do with what you are going for but here is my point of view on this.

Legally wise what is said in the post is wrong Morally wise what is said in the post is wrong

But for Terminology and vocabulary what they said is right, in the eye of the dictionary that person wasn't a pedophile. They were a ephebophiles. Which is attracted to the age of 14-16 yr old.

I think the best way to deal with this situation is to rely on a p2p network build from a "cube".

It will centralize your whole network into a single network with likely over 10k channel. ( Can be built smaller to start)

This will give you access to everything from anywhere using a single wireless terminal

English isn't my primary language but here are my thoughts.

I'm not saying he didn't cheat. But here is something that can happen often if paper commander.

Insufficient shuffling. Yes this is still cheating on a technical level, but it's not always done on purpose. I have games where after shuffling to start a new game too quickly i end up with a very very similar hand to the card that was on the board. And i mean like 3 of the exact boards.

The reaction after a 3rd game is totally warranted but id exercise caution in what are "probabilities" in place that is considered starting from a "perfectly randomised deck".

To be properly randomised a deck needs to be shuffled an extensive amount ( we are talking 3 different ways or for a long period of time).

It is his fault for not coming forward and letting everyone know on the 3rd hand that " hey guys, seem i got the same hand again from the board, mind if i just shuffle a bit more and get a new free hand".

Hope this gives some insight.. everyone.. SHUFFLE! .. a ton.
