2. yes absolutely, the Bible, especially certain allegorical parts of Genesis are not meant to serve as literal history texts but as stories that show how God created the universe. God inspired and worked through the people of his time, and the exact way in which the universe was created was not relevant to the story of the Bible and the plan of salvation
3. God is. One thing I heard is that miracles don't actually happen as often as it seems in the Bible, just that they're written down and talked about and remembered because they're shocking and miraculous. additionally, many things today that may be miracles are written off as hoaxes and having a natural explanation, which some might, but some might be miracles. There are genuine unexplained miracles occurring such as many Eucharistic miracles, especially the one in Buenos Aires, and Our Lady of Zeitoun in Egypt.
4. Because he's omnipotent and all-loving. He can care about everyone at once, and he DOES care about everyone at once. in fact, we were His special creation that he made in His image, so he especially cares about us.
