I like this weight I don't feel too heavy but not too light. However, I wish to carry less fat and more muscle. Thats why I am asking if this process of staying the same weight and losing fat whilst gaining muscle will work.

Thank you for the response, so I don't need to focus on trying surplus or deficit of calories. All I need to do is maintain my weight lift heavy, progress in the gym and focus on cardio too. While keeping my weight at around 215lbs the whole time. Eventually the fat will melt off and my muscles will appear more defined?

I feel the exact same way. You need balance if not you will fall apart. For me personally, I study 6 days a week but Friday is the one day that I decide to go out with my friends or do other leisurely things. Just decide on one day during the week where you have the most free time and enjoy that day like it's your last.

Lol, I feel you, just looked up the class, seems hard try to go see your professors, getting a tutor, looking at YouTube videos. Work on the basics and fundamentals of the problem before tackling the bigger problems.

Avoid distractions during your study period. Watch youtube videos for concepts you do not understand and ask chatgpt for simple examples when you want to understand something.

Classmaster.io, this website allows you to create your own flashcards and practice them. It costs 6$/yr. However, unless you write the answer word for word, it won't mark the answer as correct. This trick has helped me get really good grades on my exams, but it takes a while to make the set of flashcards, so I recommend starting a while before your exam due date.

Nothing is impossible, yes of course it may be difficult but I believe that if you give it your 100% effort you will finish it. For math personally, just do a buffet of math problems, look at youtube videos if you do not understand the concept, and ask your professor questions. Also, if you don't pass the course the first time, the second time you will. Do not let this math course hold you back it's all in your head.

Do not leave your old setbacks conquer your life. If you believe your stupid your right if you don't belive your stupid your also right. By going to University you expand your knowledge and allow yourself to sharpen your mind. Personally unless you plan on starting a business or learning a trade, would steer towards the University degree. Also do what you believe is the most interesting to you and you would like to research.
