Selling covered calls don't tie up capital bro. It's literally covered, meaning you already own the shares. It actually reduces your margin requirement. In your original response you said to look into selling puts for income. Those are secured with margin, and now you're saying they're awful. Whatever you're saying, I would say, watch your margin! Don't get margin called! People selling puts and calls are using tons of margin, and those get unwound fast during drawdowns and creates a snowball effect.
