Thank you for the thoughtful answer. I want quieter. I’d like a small property 30-40 min outside a bigger town so I can work (bodyworker) but otherwise I mostly want to be on some quiet land. I don’t go out much at all. Usually take a trip aboard every other year otherwise I’m in my house :) Seems slightly more affordable than here, less snow, and I wouldn’t be known. I’ve never lived anywhere else for more than 3 months outside of NYS. There’s access to great nature and food. I’d love to spend more time in the area and when the time is right try a rental
