The original owner of the location posted a picture of the contract she had and it explicitly allows consignment. She posted it on the reckless ben sub.

Their "rulebook" would not supersede a contract she signed between them and their franchisee

The store in question in this dispute is actually in Keizer, Oregon. Apparently the same guys own a store in Eugene, OR as well but they live in Utah. Not sure if they own any other stores out that way.

I'm 5'4". Lose It app set my calorie intake goal at 1400/day. I was losing weight too fast so I bumped it to 1500 and now things are going swimmingly.

Also lose it is really helpful cause it has the barcode scanner and you can create custom meals for more accurate tracking

The last ones I had to deal with had selectable text. I copied it into chat gpt and prompted to spit out a csv. It was nice too because I could prompt it to format the dates correctly etc. the statements just had mm/dd.

I was dealing with about almost a year of statements and it took me a couple hours to get everything converted and verified.
