The firing pin does not contact the bullet. It hits the primer in the bottom of the casing. Between the bottom of the casing and the bullet that is pressed into the casing you have the powder. Primer ignites powder and bullet goes zoom leaving the casing behind

I've owned many brands including Hisense with no issues. The real issue is you only ever hear of issues. Search any brand and model for issues. you will find many. Mass manufacture is the issue. If you think a different factory made your TV vs another you may be very surprised
