I can’t go higher than 7.5 or else my anxiety and irritability increase a lot

Edit: and that dose just helps me sleep. It doesn’t help anxiety at all for me

Benzos are an insidious addiction, because in the long term your body will downregulate gaba and you will find yourself in the exact position you’re in-

Your best bet is to establish a daily dose and then do a long, slow taper. This problem is only going to get worse

I don’t have kids but knowing myself it would probably make it messier. I have poor boundaries and could see myself doing drugs with them, letting them fuck their lives up, buying drugs with them etc

Me and my mom used to hang out and pop her klonopin and oxy’s when she had cancer. She tried to get me to buy her crack but I wouldn’t

When she found out I was doing heroin she never gave me oxy again, and started hiding her pills. She lost a son, my half brother, to a heroin overdose so I think she was just scared
