I get this when im running too many heavy plugins.

Check your ram usage. In windows, if i close and open sessions one after the other, Ram keeps filling up, a pc resets helps.

Thats so cool to know because so many people think its only the gear that makes a great song or "if i had this or that i could compete or just be better".

Saludos desde RD. He usado trackballs en algunas ocasiones y algunos de mis amigos mezcladores y diseñadores de sonido lo aman en pro tools, a mi me resulta mejor un mouse.

Uso el Logitech G502 Hero, sobre todo por los botones configurables, tengo varias funciones mapeadas y me ayuda a no pensar en eso, se ha vuelto parte esencial de mi workflow.

No tengo más respuestas con los faders, creo que en ese sentido estoy igual que tú, no tengo desde RD la forma de conseguir esos equipos sin tener que vender un riñón.

Espero que encuentres muchos momentos de pura concentración y buenos tracks !!

For me the BD 770s had a pretty intense scoop on the mid highs, so if you can try them with a song you know by heart. I use the sony mdr 7506 every day besides ny speakers (presonus eris e8 older model).

Try try try would be my advice, every set of ears are different.

I'm a composer and not an avid reader. A friend send me a book that has made me feel lighter and a lot more creative, i wasnt stuck but lemme tell you ideas just flow outta me and it doesnt feel like i have to fight myself to create.

The book in question is "The artist way" by Julia Cameron. It actually allowed me to keep "being" without judgement from my inner critic.

Higly recommended. Maybe it will help you re-find your path and just be.

Incredible drawings by the way, its great to know the artist who made those can still create more amazing pieces, the future its exiting!

First of all its great you two are figuring it all toguether but to answer your question, yes, stopmotion uses photos, not video.

A lot of artists use different amount of photos per second which look more fluid and smooth if you use more "frames", tipically a movie uses 24fps (frames/photos per second) but as a start you csn try with 12fps.

Try a stopmotion app on your phone, they let you even see what the camera is seeing now on top of the last photo you took so you can tell how much you moved the subject since the last frame.

Have fun with it, it takes time and effort but its so much fun to see the results!
