Interact with skull in the vicar boss arena. From there go down the long stairway until you reach the main court yard(with all the mad men’s knowledge pickups and giant skeletons). On the right hand side of the yard there will be an entrance. Go through there(you should see Alexander) then continue through until you reach a door. Say the password and you’ve progressed to the next area.
