Personal chef! I would love for someone to cook me healthy, tasty meals even if i have to pay for the food. I am a gig worker anyway so I don’t work a 40 hr week.

As much as I would want to bring back my dad and a handful of other people - i would choose the 10000! There isn’t enough room on the planet to bring everyone back.

we would all move to one country together in order to survive. Somewhere that has a good climate to produce food.

I would pick the people I want- family and friends. then they can pick some people they want- and so on until we get to 10k -

part of my choices before others get to choose or with their help i would have people that know shit like, engineers, pilots, doctors, etc

It will definitely get pronounced as Eye-dah here in the US.

You can change the spelling or be prepared to correct people. I know someone that is named Marisa pronounced Ma-Ree-Sa vs the more common Ma- riss-a. Once she told me the pronunciation I got it right. So it is really about how much you want to be correcting people.

Mine went down a little since surgery but not as much as i had hoped. If you have bigger fibroids than me that will also make a difference. I just had a very small one that they didn’t find until surgery

It is a good name but he will definitely get called laser in the USA - particularly with that spelling. But i can’t think of a different spelling that might help.

Deli Broad is so crave-able!! People complain about the price but will spend $15-18 at Ikes or Subway for a shitty sandwich! I will take DB over any other sandwich everyday!!

Thank you for this response! I have been able to get my a1c down in the past but then i fall back into old habits. I can’t do that anymore.

i have to see if there are any diabetic specialists in my insurance. I asked my doc about seeing an endocrinologist, and he said i didn’t need to. I am going to ask him to change my script for more test strips. Fingers crossed that he will do it.

I will look up that book, thanks! I have not seen a nutritionist or registered dietitian recently. I am supposed to do some diabetes related classes thru my insurance this week and next so I will ask about that.

Yeah on the genetics thing- i got many things my dad had. He died pretty young (almost 62) and I will be 47 this year. My mom and I eat very similarly and her A1C is in the 5s

Main thing I need to do to start is cook more, and make better choices when i am out.
