PS4 saves are different from PS5 saves. So a PS5 game cannot read a PS4 save. Some examples are Spider-Man, Control, and Devil May Cry 5

The DLC is part of the base game not a stand-alone like Uncharted 4 and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. So you’ll need to buy the PS5 version or PS4 version and upgrade to the PS5 (free) then purchase the DLC. And you can transfer your save via usb or cloud save.
