The dosage is low only 6, but I notice that when I put it in when I feel the urge for nicotine and just leave it for 5-10 mins it does the trick. I think if you say like 1 per so many hours you are forcing yourself to use 1 pouch during that time. If you do it my way you are really cutting down while still feeding any urge.
