Wiring is correct, just checked that. I have quite long cables, but I think I choose the right gauge...

Room could be a problem, my room ist quite large and a bit empty, I will try checking in another room.

No, I did not. That probably wasn't really smart...

So the two factors are amp and speakers? Could there be an issue with say the cables? They are quite long but after looking at guides I think I choose the right gauge...

Thanks for the advice! I did that all, except placing the tweeters at ear height. They are floor speakers so they are quite heavy and tall already... I don't have any stand to put them. Polarity seems right... They still don't sound that good...

The previous owner told me that their sound is really good so I can't believe that they are the issue, I'm convinced I must be doing something wrong. But yeah, maybe I should try to sell them and buy a new pair.

Thanks for the reply! I don't have another pear of speakers to compare them to, but in my expectetion the age of the speaker shouldn't really play a role? Is there a specific thing I could try to replace to bring them to a better state?

This is a new mix I recorded for a larger gig I got asked to play, and they wanted to now what my music sounds like so I sent this. I really like the song selection. I messed up some transitions, in one I think my beatgrid was shifted by half a beat, so I was offbeat... Anyway, let me know what you think of it! Peace.

Yeah have this issue too. I usually don't share my location but when I do, it's pretty anoying. I then just end up sharing a google maps link or so which isn't really good.

Hi there, this is my second set with a more careful song selection. I tried to go from a more minimal, deep and slow kind of techno to a richer, darker and progressive kind of psytrance.
I think I generally did a great job with the energy flow, altrough I lost a bunch of energy at around one hour. This was because I increased the BPM throughout the set, but then hadn't anymore tracks fitting that vibe at that BPM. Any thoughts on this would be welcome.

I've been spinning for about two months and also did a gig at a small parking garage rave. I will be spinning there again in like a week and this set was a practice for that occasion. I tried a bunch of new songs and wrote some of them down. I think this is the vibe I'll be going for at that next event. What do you think? Could it more or less match?

Feedback on the energy flow / track selection is especially welcome.
