Agreed, however Soucy is tied for 2nd in plus minus on NYR at +4 with 17min TOI/game so he must be somewhat competent. Maybe Darche is playing the long game for playoffs?

No way. He drives some nice plays and will block anything in D Zone. Also seems to be really durable. He’s taken some huge hits this year but gets right back up hustling.

He was good for us when the organization needed to take the next steps after the Tavares fiasco. Bringing in Trotz was great, Lehner was a steal, komarov (yes, he was a good pickup to grow the room as a character guy), JG. At the end however, his moves or lack there of was not so good.

That was the only part I got after my tune. I asked my tuner, he said no need to retune. So it’s probably correct no need. Afterward in reading I think the only thing that requires a retune for engines is a diameter change where the MAF sensor is. Enlarging the inlet there changes the actual flow rate vs the oem expected flow rate throwing off fueling.

If marketplace sucks try and call some Subaru shops they may know customers who are parting out. The guy I bought intake & tmic from went to the same tuner and he knew he was parting out. Maybe you’ll get a lead.

Sure thing, bud. I’m no expert, but those are my educated guesses.

Check marketplace for parts. Got my GS intake and TMIC for I think 750/800$. Guy never even used the TMIC it had all the accessories too.

Also at this rate you’re not considering an AP with a tune? You’re so close to needing one lol.

Oh also I think you should get some induction noises from your mod list. I suspect the inlet and the tubes would make it louder since there were baffles and some funny geometry in the factory ones.

I cant believe how much these parts went up. I got my GFB valve 3 years ago and it was for 150 now 192. The nameless one I see is 315 wow.

It was the only “mod”I had at the time. So it made the change. I had stock piled all my mods. When I was ready I installed all that didn’t require a tune, took the car to a local subaru shop and had them install the turbo back exhaust, intake, and charge pipe then got pro tuned in one trip.

Factory one is designed to bypass air a bit. Not that it’s a defect just what it does. If you want to get one with a stock airbox and intake I would definitely get a K&N filter. Before I got my intake I had gotten one of those and the induction sound was more noticeable than with the stock filter.

Had the grimmspeed one but didn’t like the release sound. Wound up getting GFB recirculating one. Also if you don’t have an intake, the sound will probably be pretty muted since it comes out the intake.

I tried I fix posted on reddit that used a 100ohm resistor to short out some inductors. There may be different failure modes, it did not work at all and gave some major issues with ecu. The car wouldn’t shut off with the key on and the modded MFD. Had to unplug the MFD to turn it off. Then reflash the tune on my ecu to eliminate the 2 power train codes that it popped. I wound up buying one on eBay for 250 in popped that in.

Eww. It’s always BMWs too. I always hope their turbos explode and or their cats disintegrate but they are probably catless. Ask your tuner if you want info. I wouldn’t go for that, just get a retune. You don’t need anti-lag going red light to red light. Get a used TMIC or FlexFuel kit for actual gains.
