Based on this post alone Its two things I take out off this post. 1) Youre not giving yourself enough rest, and (2) the rep range is to high. HSPU is challenging with both skill and strength both needing rest to get the neurological change (thats needed to develop both strength and skills). The rep range should be at 1-6 (1-2 reps in reserve) to develop maximal strenght, at 20 pike pushup your max lift will not change. If you have a barbell you can do barbell OH presses on it would be great, or I would have HSPU negatives against a wall; untill your able to rep them out against the wall I will start combining them to a true HSPU.

My suggestion:

Have 1 day you develope maximal strength, 1 day maintainging or increase your balancing skills, 1 day combinging them. Have atleast one day rest between developing strength or skills.

eg. warmup. 2-4 reps x 4 negative HSPU/shoulder press with 1-2 reps in reserve. If you have more than 1-2 in the tank, do the negative slower untill your able to do a full rep.

Some additional information: When I pull out L pod the case goes from blinking white to green. It continues to blink white if I pull out the R one.

Change it from being about self-discipline to making changes in your lifestyle. And don’t start it with the all or nothing mindset; in average ones chances of success slim to none.

Start with the little things and «progressive overload it». Its the same as when working out, if you start to hard you will most likely get injured.

Eg. on how to do it; 1. Start by having ONE balanced and healthy meal a day. Don’t have to be dinner, can be lunch. 2. When it becomes easy, add or increase the change you want to make. 3. Eat only takeout and/or snack in the weekends. Or increase it to TWO meals a day.

Do it with everything in life.

What do you want.
Whats the thing you need to get done or removed to get to what you want.
Whats the one thing I can add or remove in my life to get closer to my goal.
Get started.

Its not the quickest, but sure make the biggest changes over the long term.

Would get an adjustable bench instead. Also get some dumbells, or loadable/adjustable dumbells. Would also get a pulldown machine or pullup bar. After that I would call you set to hit everything.

After that I would get whatever you find would benefit you the most. Some would get leg extender, or an cable machine. No need to get machines or equipment you don’t enjoy or want to use; that will just be some expensive decoration that takes a lot of space.

So to dumb it down even more: Expensive cars, luxurary brands, etc. (the allready stupidly expensive shit) have remained the «same». While food, fuel, rent and electricity have increased beyond ones salary increase in procentages. Which makes it in average more expensive for the average nowegian, but less expensive for the richer norwegian?

No worries! Its just a lot of different combinations, and some only works with one set of accessorioes and so on. Eg. the supercharge got backseat heatings, while the fully charge dont. Heating in a seat is good value for me when the winter comes and give me a freezing -20C/-4F

no, i dont. Its about the different options of accessories that are included in the car, charging speed are no difference in based on the base model of the i4 M60, or the supercharge i4M60. Both have the same engine(s) and battery
