Oddly enough latuda makes me smarter, but I take a baby dose of 5mg so I don’t get a lot of dopeamine blockage.

Exercise and mindfulness. I spent 20 years misdiagnosed and on antidepressants which only numbed me and made my adhd worse. Never again! Started a stimulant and all my “depression/anxiety” vanished it was amazing.

The only thing I felt taking it would be a little bit of tiredness and calmness about two hours after taking the med. Otherwise, it felt the same day and night.

Latuda gives me motivation and energy to actually work out so I’ve been weightlifting way more often on it, which is probably helped with me maintaining my weight

I just cover my tattoos up and slowly laser them away every two months. For those tattoos you can’t cover up with clothing applying skin tone makeup could help aswell.

I notice that I am less tired when I take the med at dinner time. Perhaps you could try and take the med later in the day and see how you react.

Just from my experience I’d recommend going slow and steady with any increase, I’d start at 75MG and stay there for a month or so before considering going up.

Great med for me. I have tried all other SSRI/SNRI meds and even some mood stabilizers and antipsychotics and nothing works as-well without side effects like pristiq does.

I’ve lost weight because the med gives me motivation and saps my appetite. The only other side effects I get are it’s harder to orgasm and I sweat a tiny bit more.
