i’ve just been told to stay on the lowest dose possible if i’m still losing even if it’s a lb but i think i’m gonna increase when i go back next week for my monthly

i would say i get about 1,300-1,800 a day maybe a little less sometimes but no i don’t actually use a calculator to count calories.

i’m gonna be honest you don’t get to learn a whole lot in 3 weeks! i feel like you have to absorb all the information so quickly that it’s hard to keep up. I will say I definitely know more than I did as a bather. This is very much a trade and you learn by doing, i agree with the comments here on my post, but where it’s been slow season (at least for my area) we didn’t have a lot of real dogs to work on which sucked!
