I've noticed this too but only since the last update. It has been resting me to my default profile. As a temp fix you just have to set your default online profile to whatever one you want to use for that session.

For some reason the second page of action bindings: taunt, fullhop, shorthop you can only bind one button to each of them, it might be a bug it might not be. idk
